This attractive beach hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa Matalascañas and lies directly on the sea and close to the Doñana National Parks. A beach promenade separates the hotel from the turquoise blue sea and the vast sandy beach. Public transport departs from stops in the immediate vicinity (100 m away). A bus stop is located close by. In the immediate vicinity, a diverse range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, cafes, bars in plenty and extensive entertainment venues are available. The town centre of Matalascañas is around 1km away.

Facilities:
Built in 1980 and renovated in 2000, this hotel comprises a total of 5 floors with 20 single rooms and 230 double rooms. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a cafe, a shop, a hairdresser, a bar, a nightclub within the hotel (May until October) and an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area. Furthermore, there is a conference room, an Internet terminal, laundry and room services as well as a car park and a garage.
