Moon is not your backyard that you can send a couple ppl and think that they will figure out it has water. discovery of water was possible because of a surface scanner sent by NASA thru indian launch vehicle. Also, Indian satellite took photographs of the moon landing and ISRO is going to release them after analysis. So, All you conspiracy theorist can STFU.
