@flooringalabama T how are you my brother? You know think Ed seasoned with age, most o Gods men do, its a God thing, btw, thats the best sounding strat on the face of the earth, Personally to my ear, ED and billy carried the southern by the grace tour,
they mixed him and billy way up, i think its EDs best work, agree on the last rebel
RVZ had praying parents, GOd put Ed in lsb to help ronnie w his dream some people are stair steps to our destiny not meant to be there for ever, only a season!

@TonyBeazley Agree. You look at "Last Rebel"....that album/CD was pretty daggone close to "original Skynyrd" in regard to style, sound, spirit, etc. And it had Ed's signature all over it. TOO, TOO bad he and the boys couldn't make it work long term. Still love the current Skynyrd but there is a definite difference in the music they put out vs. what we saw with Ed in the fold.

@FloormanofAlabama Ed is in my top 3...there really would be no "Big Famous" Skynyrd without Ed....yes there would be a Skynyrd if Ed never joined but they wouldn't have had all those hits and the deep cuts we enjoy...Steve came in to pick up where Ed's left off...God only knows what many more hits Steve would have added...

I laughed through this entire video cause it kicks some serious ass....omg.....it's sick!!!! Where has that sound gone??? and 4:14-4:25 what a sweet camera dolly move , really nice camera shot that is....Ed tears it up!!!
