ASI: ARCHAEOLOGY SCENE INVESTIGATIONS IN NORTH COUNTY LOUTH

This exhibition highlights some of the many archaeological discoveries made during the construction of the M1 western bypass. The exhibition can be seen at the County Museum, Dundalk and is entitled ASI Archaeological Scene Investigations in North Louth.

The exhibition features a host of interesting discoveries including a couple of beautifully decorated and carved stones, a copper pin, glass beads, several intact bowls dating from the Stone Age as well as an extremely rare bowl with five feet.
