AccuVent® is a one-piece baffle and wind-block designed to meet the demands of innovative insulation professionals, general contractors and architects alike and creates a ventilation baffle for every rafter opening. AccuVent® is stapled to the inside lip of the top-plate and then curves up and is stapled to the roof sheeting (a total of 6 staples per AccuVent®) to provide a ventilation path up and over the insulation blanket. AccuVent® is flexible and easily adapts to any pitch and any heel. Available for both 16 and 24 rafters for both traditional and cathedral ceiling applications. Additionally, AccuVent® is ideally suited for all types of Spray Foam insulation methods. For ventilated traditional or cathedral applications the foam can be applied directly to the product.
