first time fishing for cat the other day me and my mate he had a 62lb and a 29lb i have one at 32lb... maybe were good or the lake is good ;) keep the videos coming mate love em... (Y)

I think you will find there is no record any more because they kept importing foriegn fish. So they abolished it. And fyi there are plenty of fish closing in on 100lbs in England, there are a couple in a water near me.

I'll join you guys in your quest for a 30..got one last year but haven't been over 26 pounds in over a year now so I'm still searching.
And you see the "American" style pod won it :-P. Though truth be told I usually point my rods down on still water, rivers or current I tend to face up.
