Lyrics:

I'm not here to be your girlfriend
I'm here to drink pina coladas
No, I'm not waiting for somebody or something
I'm just waiting for nada
Hey, hey, and nadie

Hey, man
Why can't a girl just let her hair down?
Sit in the corner like a neon palm tree
Waving by the neon sea
Oh, oh, I love that glow

So, leave me
Here in my pool of pink and green light
You look so pretty when you're part of the party
Not paying attention to me
Yeah, yeah, so get back there

I'm not here to be your girlfriend
I'm here to drink pina coladas
Pretend I'm waiting for someone if I gotta
When I'm waiting for nada
Hey, hey and nadie

This lovely piece was directed by Rob Collins and guest stars many friends from Richmond who graciously dressed up and came out to Emilio's in the Fan for a night of food, drink, flirtation and Jacks 2.0.

Thanks Rob and thanks also to the folks at Emilio's who were most kind and lovely and patient with us. In fact, after checking out the video, why don't you hop in your car, or on a train or plane depending on where you are, and enjoy some of their delicious tapas?

Thanks also to Tony Forgey and Meredith Garrison, without whose time and smarts the video would not be!

Featured faces: The band: Wells Hanley, Trey Pollard and Jake Thro! They're the handsome guys in suits playing some kind of game involving Jacks. Brian Cruise and Bernadette Stephens are the glamorous couple enjoying their dinner together. The two adorable bachelorettes at the bar are Jamie Smith and Meredith Garrison, and the rakish fellow ordering a beer behind them is Richmond's own Ricky Allen. Alison Williams sighs in languid pretend loneliness at the bar while her sensational songwriting husband Jake Williamson chats at a table with Tony Forgey, pretending not to be Alison's lucky man. A mysterious fellow enters from the outdoors (a tropical paradise, of course). Who is that? Not telling. Richmond champions of guitar and bass (respectively) Paul Wilson and Evan Sarver share a round of Kamikazes with impossibly fashionable sisters Jenessa and Venessa (Pollard) Lopez. Thanks to everyone for playing along!
