hi..i have a big problem on this song and maybe you can help me out^^ i always mute the 3rd string with my 3rd finger (i use it to play the 4th fret on the 4th string)

are my fingers just too big or is there a mistake in my technique?

You don't give enough details, but probably, you need to get more flex on your fingers, to keep them perpendicular to the frets. It's a very difficult chord and I can't do it all good I want.
