I know this will sound evil, but if I could choose to be a Harry Potter character in real life I would DEFINITELY be Lord Voldemort. And I would enjoy it a lot. Ah, yes...I can just picture myself shooting killing spells as innocent wizards, and using the Cruatios curse to torture people...ah, that would be fun...and being the dark lord who all the Death Eaters worship...call me a dark, freaky hermit, but I would love it.

@monkeygoesbananas Wow, I commented on this so long ago! I couldn't even remember what I was talking about for a few minutes. Or why haha. But yeah, that's probably right. I think a lot of people (including myself, obviously) tend to call someone "insane" when they routinely behave or act in ways that are so far from what we consider normal, like Voldy's proclivity to kill people for fun. It's not correct terminology, but it wouldn't be the web if language wasn't butchered now and then =)

Well, according to the books, especially book 6, Tom Riddle was a handsome, charming and extraordinarily clever person, he made people trust him and open up to him in order to destroy them after he got what he wanted. When he started killing people, he turned to be kind of the reverse of Dorian Gray, whose bad deeds reflected on his prortrait while he remained young and handsome, only Voldemort's wickedness showed on his face instead. No wonder he was rendered so deformed.

I think voldemort is quite a funny character the way he runs around and he in my opinion is quite giddy when he is about to duel Harry but he is also terrifying in his face with no nose haha :)
