Oh no way, I have seen enough Batman shows to know that when Harley Quinn starts singing and dancing on a big float with a bunch of balloons the Joker is about to gas the crowd or something. RUN! RUN!!!

yes I'm aware of that, Harley Quinn was inspired by a dream sequence in days of our lives of Arleen dressed as a jester, and Dini because friends with her he wanted to make Harley Quinn... It wasn't so much as Harley I was reffering to but the fact Harry Groener sounds like Jervis Tetch (the mad hatter)

jaja i know that you put this comment too much time ago but... in fact harley quinn was creater for her :) thats why she used her voice, she is a friend of paul dini and he saw her in a thater i think acting with a harlequin costume and he have the idea to make harley for the cartoon and put some of her in the character :D and thats why she is the perfect voice for harley quinn :)

yeah i know harley quinn came from an episode of days of our lives where Arleen(coliope jones) was dressed as a court jester in a dream sequence and she was either a friend of paul dini's or bruce timm i can't remember

The character of Harley was designed after her in a sense, so there was no pressure on her to use a different voice than her natural one. She kind of already has a cartoony voice anyway so it all works. :D
