  • do you know of any lycopene supplements derived from fruits? i know its found in the flesh of watermelon and the fresh juice of tomatoes. Lycopene is an anti-ox. side note on that cancer fighting blip.

  • @MrHolyshasta to our knowledge most of the lycopene on the market and what we sell is derived from tomatoes (which are a fruit). Yes it is very beneficial for prostate health especially. Hope this helps.

  • Can you guys do a review on "Dymatize Elite XT"...?!

They claimed to be a timed releasing protein.. is that really the case...!?

  • @Athrun000 that's really just a fancy way of saying it has whey, egg, and casein protein each of which digests at different rates. Hope this answers your query.

  • what do you guys recommend as a post workout supplement

  • @Viktir666 we just did pretty long video on what the Paleo diet means etc... you may find it interesting and it should be posted in the next couple of days.

  • @BestPriceNutrition Hell I don't even drink tap water LOL. I also try my hardest to avoid high fructose corn syrup (really hard to avoid that one because almost everyone puts it in their products). There's even high fructose corn syrup in ketchup now. I avoid aspartame, sucralose, and MSG. MSG is garbage and should be illegal to add to food against your will. I'm not a crazy health nut, I just try to avoid our man-made garbage and return to our ancestor's diets of actual food not from a lab.

  • @ruin3r that is a reasonable concern. Its always good to look and see if the product was manufactured in a GMP approved facility. Nature's Best is a large company w/ far too much to lose doing stupid things as far as manufacturing. Hope this helps.

  • @portahouse156 somewhat, many isolate vitamins are mega dosed w/ water soluble vitamins to ensure one gets enough and the excess will be excreted in urine. We really like what companies like Garden of Life are doing with the use of fermented, whole food vitamins as opposed to isolates. You will notice this does not happen with them. Currently we know they are at least as good as isolated vitamins and have some promise that the research will demonstrate them to be more effective. Hope this helps.
