This is a short video guide I made after 5 hours of struggling, wanted to help out anyone else out there who wanna have at it with the latest 360 dvd-drive safety protocols! ;) ;)
WARNING!!! WARNING!!! If you dont have lots of soldering experience, and don't know the expressions I use in my guide, then THIS IS NOT FOR YOU TO DO! Contact a local modder to do this for you! I take no responsebility if you mess up your drive!
What you need:
** A PC with Windows XP installed + Sata onboard card.
** Power to the drive, either from an old school Connectivity kit or your Xbox 360.
** Kynar/Wire-wrapping-wire
** Cutters
** Solder iron + solder
** Lots of Solder experience
** Razor knife
** electronic tape
** Radio shack 2-pin switch
** 20 ohms resistor

Power on the drive with switch in ON position
In Jungleflasher 1.67b push Intro/Device ID, push OK for question about power cycling and no vendor ID, turn your drive off and on,
If you got a successfull vendor intro ID, put the switch in OFF position, and push READ..
Open the dumped file in TARGET window in Jungleflasher, if a Key is shown, then we're almost done.. if not, you can try and do the "oposite switch" positioning in the earlier steps, that is, OFF and then ON, instead of ON and then OFF:. it shouldnt hurt the drive, as you have the 20 ohms connected as shown in the diagram..
If the key shows up, do another dump, just to be safe, (just push READ again, or restart the whole power/read-procedure if you feel like being extra safe), if the keys match, you're good to go! Take a copy of your key!
Reconnect everything, remove all wires, clean..
Open 1.6 template in JF as target, push Manual spoofing, and paste the key from your dump. Push okey, Liteon Erase, and Write :)
The iXtreme 1.6 template is found at the usual places..
Just ask if you're wondering anything :)

10m? you mean the SMD resistor? No, thats VERY tricky to solder on :)
Use PROTO_BOARDS resistors, the old fashion type :)
