Hello everyone This is Jermain Small, Son of Grandpa Elliott, Thank you all for all the Kind things said here. I've read every last comment to him. To answer the question about my fathers sight, It's true, he once played the roll of a blind man, while in trueth his vision was slowly deteriorating, a gift handed down from the pevious generations. Its very disrespectfull to play blind when your not, so for the record, it was not an act. My Pop Loves all of you..

I put this question on your other video too, just looking for an answer. Grandpa has always been a favorite of mine through the years.
Why are they treating Grampa Elliott like he is blind? I was with him less than a year ago and he had his sight then. Did something happen or is it their gimick? I know he has some vision problems with his left eye, hopefully this is just part of the show.

I read on another video that he is legally blind. Maybe he can see shadows. I really don't know. I did see him walking through the venue and he was being assisted by someone. All I know is that he's a real sweetheart!!
