How it happen, I have no Idea. However, they did it. So today funding that should be going to Vets, is being funneled to Criminal Rehabilitation programs. In the last 20 years, The U.S. Government took tremendous amounts of funding from the Veterans Administration to fund the rehabilitation of Felons and ex-convects. Leaving American Military Veterans High and Dry. At this point in Americas history, it is better to be a Criminal with an extended criminal record of felony Convictions than it is to be a Military Veteran. Felons get fundings for rehabilitation from County, State, and Federal sources. While Honorably Discharged Vets only have the VA..
