If there is NO sun, there would be NO life.
That's because all the energy we get is
directly or indirectly from the solar energy.
Sun provides heat and light necessary for all
our life processes and metabolic activities.
Plants prepare food through photosynthesis
which requires sunlight. Further we all get energy
from THAT food which plants prepared using sunlight.
So simply, the sun is the ultimate source of energy in
the universe and without it, we cannot live at all!

The best and most prolific source of Vitamin-D
comes as a direct result of exposure to sunlight.
This is a complicated process and requires many
steps in the body until the product the body needs
is realized. That is the natural conversion of certain
biochemicals in the body that eventually become the
natural source Vitamin-D we need to thrive which is
Vitamin D-3

Vitamin D deficiency causes some cases of depression, evidence exists that the incidence of depression
have increased over the last century. During that time, humans have reduced their sunlight exposure via
urbanization (tall buildings and pollution reduce UVB ), industrialization (working inside reduces UVB exposure),
cars (glass totally blocks UVB), clothes (even light clothing blocks UVB), sunblock and misguided medical advice to never let sunlight strike your unprotected skin.

Vitamin D rapidly increases the in-vitro genetic expression of tyrosine hydroxylase
(the rate-limiting enzyme for the catecholamine biosynthesis) by threefold

Summer sunlight increases brain serotonin levels twice as much as winter sunlight,
a finding compatible with both bright light in the visible spectrum and vitamin D affecting mood.

Evidence exists that major depression is associated with low vitamin D levels and that depression
has increased in the last century as vitamin D levels have surely fallen. Evidence exists that depression
is associated with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer and low bone
mineral density, all illnesses thought to be caused, in part, by vitamin D deficiency. Finally, vitamin D
has profound effects on the brain including the neurotransmitters involved in major depression.

  • @exposethenwo2012 body makes about 1000iu per minute from sun bathing under a clear blue sky. 2011 they wrote that blocking UVB frequency from the eyes (sunglass users) retards the blood flow thru the optic nerve. it was also shown that the tonnen class of chemical production was also slowed. and that the pineal gland responded with bioluminessence when not atrophy from floride /lack of use to the uvb frequency.

  • since those mother fu---ers started spraying, I can't get enough sunlight. not good.

  • annoying sound..

  • Damn the chem-trails anyway!

  • Thanks for sharing the info. Yes, God my made the sun. Man had nothing to do with it!

  • Very informative Great vid.

  • I've been taking 5,000 IUs of D-3 every day. :D

They have also been spraying us hard the past few days. Luckily, we got 2 chembusters! :P

  • Excellent video. 5 stars from me.

  • Great Video, they are doing a direct attack on photosynthesis. I did a same video they are trying to take away U-V with chemtrails + Co2 with all this climate hype. When we all know they are needed for photosynthesis.. 5 Stars ... God bless and great energy to all truth seekers!

  • "Doctors" are now shying away from Vitamin D"

But they would never dare shy away from prescribing Pharma Corp drugs, pills & prescriptions for profit.
