stop it at the 20 second mark, definantly ofside, the AR is way behind the play, arce and jaime was too fast for a linesman to keep up, great meaningful goal tho, jaime will always be the best

At 15 seconds they are in their defensive half like has already been explained, plus the Rapids player keeps him onside anyways. No offside there.

Then, at 20 seconds, things are very close... I can't tell 100%, but it may be the pass came when the attacking player was either already behind the 2nd-to-last defender or it would be offside. Plus, perhaps the fact that pass was intended for Arce, who was onside but then faked, was why it was a no-call. I'm not a ref though- Just speculating.
