The reason why we cannot enjoy all these amazing things is not because we are ungrateful, but because amongst all these wants being lavished on us, we are in a state of emotional starvation because we are not getting or being allowed to give what we need most: love, a sense of security, a purpose in life, a sense of security and predictability about our safety.

@SilverRedIndigo these things you speak of love and what not can not be seen felt or realized with your face locked on to a phone or a monitor the point is you cannot see whats in front of you unless you are looking straight ahead.

you are all missing the point and that is part of the prolbem, you can be connected with out these devices controling your life. when you would rather be blogging or texting or watching porn rather than takeing a hike, or reading a book under a tree or watching a sunset or rise people need to reconnect with there primal selves liberate yourself from all your gadgets not forever but try it sometime,there is nothing better than being completely unreachable ,also i have a very good job
