How to draw Sasuke vs Raikage

To do those lil lines that make the character appear to be moving...all u do is draw like 3 or 4 consec. horizontal lines in one spot then move them all around ur character.......

on the dark clothes, you color them first. then u draw many horizontal lines across the piece of clothing and then ur character will appear in motion.

The speed lines in the backround are pretty easy to do if u watch the video lol
