isnt the roof on the C2 has to be black instead of white

The reason why the roofs on most buses are painted white is because the color white reflects sunlight keeping the inside of the bus cooler. If the roof was painted black it would be unbearably hot in the bus since the color black absorbs sunlight.

ahhhhhh ok , Black mostly absorbs and melts heat, the bus could catch fire or overheat, i get it now

Well not really catch fire or overheat the bus, but make the passengers uncomfortable. White roofs on school buses are great for southern states because it gets really ridiculously hot a lot. Although I have seen school buses up north with the "hoods" of the buses painted black to help keep the engine warm on cold days.

thomasfreightliner we just got some new 2009 blue bird vision and all the ones we got all have white tops and on summer it is cooler than the old 1996 chevy blue bird

I know what you mean. All of our buses from the mid 90s on down is always so uncomfortable in the summer times.
