@trenerdesigner Good question! The Saturday class is a stand alone class where we get a lot of first time attendees. This is where I spend a little time teaching the exercises and the movement patterns. I am typically on top of things like this, but as I was video recording this particular class, I had to let it go. Also, I don't usually let people use the bars or any other equipment until they can demonstrate proficiency with their own body weight. You have a good eye! Thanks for writing.

First exercise: what are they doing with their knees?! They do everything too fast. Why don't you correct their moves?
