New marey- Laura

Who likes the new video?! ;) My computers broken, so from now on i'm using my mama's Macbook with iMovie, and its SO much better than WMM! haha
anyway i'll get to the point...
Whoops haven't updated you all in months..
To cut the long story short I finished with Mac at the end of June, I didn't tell anyone apart from my closest friends and I've been very busy recently, went on holiday, exams, athletics competitions etc. I don't really want to go into too much detail, but it was mainly because I was outgrowing him and he was doing lots more driving competitions as he was progressing, meaning I missed quite a lot of riding which I was paying for and he was getting stupidly strong. I left on a good note so will still be going up to visit the baba!
So this is my new loan- Laura.
16.1hh, 9 year old chestnut mare, currently jumping Discovery level :)
I love her already after only trying her out about 2 weeks ago! I must say.. I much prefer mares now!!
I've got high hopes for this girlie, and I'm hoping to start on a number of unaffiliated shows, and eventually be jumping what she is with her owner :)
Obviously not just yet though!
I tried her out on Wednesday the 27th of July, and since then we've just been hacking and schooling so I could get to know her more, until last Saturday when I jumped her properly for the first time (apart from the ickle jumpies we did when I tried her out). :)
I'm very much aware of my mistakes, and i've moved from a 13.2hh to a 15.3hh, so please no crisitism!
Its so strange being on something bigger.. the jumps were up to 1metre and I wasn't even aware of it where her height is so different to what I'm used to! aha.

Our first outing is on the 24th of August, only a clear round but its just so I can see what she's like away from home, and then if it goes well the show is on the 4th of September, so keep our eyes peeled!
I really do love this girlie and I really hope I will stay with her for a very long time!

@heathernorman123 haha as you can see I didn't want to let her refuse at it incase she ditched me at it! Hence the messy kicking and pushing her into it more!! ahaha x

Thank you everyone! I really appreciate all the comments :) It is a big step up from a 13.1hh to a 16.1hh! But its going well so far and i've got high hopes for this marey :) xx

awww i love it Elle, i really like you with Laura and really hope you take her :) can't help but notice many of my videos there, or were they by a proffessional? same difference ;) joking... :') love the bit at the end where it cuts to slower music :) seems like our video plan worked out then ;) love you xx
