  • Gotta tell you guys...The vids are great and ya know your Smokin'. I have watched a many of em. Awesome web site too!!! Now tell me...is that ham the butt side or shank end? Gotta know cause I'm movin' the Weber up on the porch Xmas Day and gonna give this one a try. If I cant find any Apple Wood will Hickory do? Keep giving us more videos!!!...Thanks Guys!

  • @Flyback50 ...thanks flyback for those kind words! We like the Butt because it is meatier, and better for slicing. It makes for an awesome holiday meal, and better yet, for leftovers when making those smoked ham sandwiches. Go real easy on the hickory if you can't find some sweet wood like apple. -BBQ Pit Boys

  • bbq glazed ham, blues, guns and zz top as your neighbors....who needs heaven?

  • @lago4 ....yeah, ya don't want to wait for heaven, dude! Especially if the "Big Guy in the Sky" turns out to be a big ol' bug who doesn't take kindly to humanoids! Go for it...now..!

  • I watch your videos when Im high and sober, but its better when Im high. Keep it up man!

  • It seems your specialty is meat, but I'd sure like to know if you have a good mac-n-cheese recipe (for the grill)?

  • how does the fire burn for so long ? O.o

  • @KatiushaVN4

    apparantly uve never had one

  • the ham has been already smoked in the warehouse. Why bother re-smoking it again then?? No point

  • absoutley beautiful

  • This is my second year doing this. But instead of a cured ham, I have gotten an 18lb pork leg and have done it the same way as in the video. It takes me 12 hours, but tons of flavor and makes great sandwiches with leftovers.

  • 9:44 made me jump.. :) This is too awesome though, I bet that ham didn't last long..

  • did anyone see the subliminal message?!?! thumbs up!

  • Did this for Thanksgiving. Used orange marmalade and smoked it for about 9 hrs. Now I have to do another for Christmas because everybody liked it so much. Thanks again Boys!
