Yam-Yam

Instead of throwing away the dehydrated yam tubers after keeping them for months, I buried them in the soil. I was surprised yet delighted by their survival instinct when they were given the chance.

Even a plant never gives up, why should we!

I thought this is Tania. In the West Indies it is called Tania not? Yam would be the one growing around a stick and the Dasheen would be the one with bigger and fatter leafs. (?)
