This is a video that somebody made showing the likeness of Vince Offer, better known as the Shamwow salesman, and the Scout from Team Fortress 2. I didn't make this, but I just wanted to mirror it for embedding purposes, since the original uploader either deleted it or disabled embedding. It's based on the "Meet the Scout" video made by Valve.
