www.PMacStrong.com The March 2010 Workout of the month, using kettlebells, dumbbells, and bands. This one is awesome and once again it's a full body workout from head to toe. Use a descending ladder for the first two exercises as described. Use a 15-10-5-10-15 rep count for the second two exercises as described.
