@JaybayJay No one tried to kill this man. Tasers don't typically kill people, but are used to incapacitate them for a brief period of time. Why is this man dead? He caused a big scene at an airport, didn't calm down when security arrived, and tragically, he died from the taser.

@593OLYMPUS You can Bet all you want.. Only Cops are allowed Tazers in Canada. States, anyone can buy them of Course.. After those reports Cops were 30% more reluctant to fire their Tazers than in Previous years, and an Operational Use Report was further filed and it was stressed that Officers are not allowed to Use Tazers at will, and only when the Suspect is endangering others or themselves.
Don't bet. You'd Loose. Other countries don't have a clue
Ps Those security gaurds were Wrong

@593OLYMPUS In December 2009, Paul Kennedy, head of the Commission for Complaints Against the RCMP, the RCMP watchdog agency, had released a damning report on the conduct of RCMP involved in the Dziekanski's death. Specifically, Kennedy criticized the RCMP's training practices and use of force guidelines, saying the force appears to have dropped historic guidelines directing officers to minimize intervention and use the least amount of force required to get the best results.

@JaybayJay - I bet Canada is just going through the motions "looking" at Taser use. They probably have no intentions of reviewing their use, or getting rid of them. Amazing how 6 officers cannot safely control an UN-ARMED single male without using tasers. I thought Canadians were sensible, yet watching this would make anyone wonder.

@JaybayJay I don't doubt that he was getting fed up.. But an airport REALLY isn't a place to start throwing things around and acting crazy.

@Bruce1949919 @rescue1engine1 This Polish guy who don't speak a work of English was waiting hours and hours for his Mother to pick him up at the airport. It took very long and he became agitated. I don't deny they had a reason to pull him aside and calm him down but by the video you can see they immediately start Tazering him. The contact of possibly three different Tazer hit's stopped his heart. It then took 15 min b4 any CPR was applied. This case has Canada looking at Tazer Use.
i know! i speak polish! i'm polish! i'm just laughing at canadian people who thinks that every language that sounds slavic is russian.

Cops are so stupid. When people get tazed, they can't control their body. Why would they keep telling the person to "put your hands behind your back". In training for cops, they get tazed so they know how it feels like. They can't even control their body so I don't know why/how they think others can.
