Twist & Shout Competition - Senior Black

When I was in 7th grade, I was a competetive cheerleader for Twist & Shout, squad: Sr. Black. Although I broke my right arm a week before the first competition, being on that squad was so much fun! I still went to all the competitions and cheered my squad on from the sidelines with our three coaches.
I was though, able to perform in the last two competitions after my arm healed. The last competition lasted two days, and we had to perform twice. This video was shot on the second day of that competition. On the first day, we did the routine perfectly and had one of the top spots. The second day, which is when this video was shot, we had one mistake. One of the stunts fell as you can see in the video. So because of the fallen stunt, we didn't make first. )=
But we did come in 7th of about 50 squads if I remember correctly.
I was very proud, and I will always cherish the experiences I had at Twist & Shout.
