Fuck you tube and their copyright Nazis. Reznor clearly does not care and wants people to use his music and make viral videos of his work. He has stated as much as long as people are not doing it for profit. It is You Tube and the Record companies who are trolling and removing music for"copyright abuse" not the artists.

I agree, but the giant here isn't Youtube, it's Universal Music Group. They're the ones truly responsable for cutting NIN tracks out.

How do you add iTunes songs to Youtube videos. I have seen this a few times now and I am interested in finding out how it works.

Ask Trent via his website, and if he says yes, reupload your videos, and explicitly state permission in your description. Hell, make a couple videos using music from his free albums, like Ghosts 1 or the first half of The Slip, just to fuck around with those record industry big wigs.

ask youtube, why did they have to ban the original audio. it's not the persistence of loss, but, originally, it was. the video is done with that song, but the fucking copyright problems made me to change the music.

The amazing thing is that you took a subject matter that, to me, has nothing to do with the song and made it work perfectly. The focus and film effects create these hazy, ethereal forms that are perfect for the song. The smoke...wow. Nice job.

Thx. I did the video with no effects. I recorded the focus like it is, almost, but it didn't work (I think). Then I decided to put the black and white and more focus effects to make it more visual. You saw all the bussy things I did with this video.
