People arguing like mad, have you all lost your memories? ALL SF GAMES HAVE HAD TIER PROBLEMS. Some regard HD Remix a little higher because a lot of the characters have more tools for their bad match-ups but its still a victim to the tiers. Can you really name ONE balanced street fighter game?
I'm not saying SFIV is any better than those that came before and it certainly hasn't done much to address the obvious tier issues with Sagat/Ryu but SF was never balanced, don't fool yourselves.

sfIIturbo / hdr have a more even tier list than sfiv. T.Hawk n Sim are god tier ... but almost everyone is in sfIIturbo. if you can master footsy game, anti air, spacing, in sfIIturbo you can play ne sf game ;) n yea i agree with the guy that said sfIIturbo/HDR have a more even tier list than SFIV
