I've been practicing the flam triplets but using alternating sticking I finally realized that you arn't alternating your lead hand. Doh. Love the video, very informative.

2 different rudiments. swiss triplets don't alternate. flam accents do.

i don't think what you seek for exhists. the book was made in the way early 1900's way before cassetts were thought of...
