  • By the horns is the most common way to add load to this move. Racked is a progression of the held by the horns way, and should be performed when you are proficient on the body weight and held by the horns versions. It will impose a brutal demand on knee, hip and shoulder flexibility, as well as your coordination. I suggest using a weighted vest if you add load. However, most people don't need it, because much can be gained from the body-weight version of this great exercises.
