  • Great vid! Back in the day we didn't put it in a fryer, after the pinching we would grease the top part with pork lard and back to the comal (griddle).... so unhealthy but delish!!! The Mexican way is to do everything with your hands, from the masa, shaping, even flipping. But you did a great job taking advantage of technology!
