Actually, Vash, that jar labeled 'Great White Shark' contains the nose, lips, a few fingers and whatnot of an insane villain named Warren White, alias... you're correct, Great White Shark! He lost these organs due to frostbite, which also bleached his skin white. He makes his most notable appearance in the Batman story 'Face the Face', in which he attempts to take control of Gotham's underworld by weakening Penguin's influence and corrupting Harvey Dent's mind.
