In Loving Memory of a Fallen Angel called Sarah Payne

Sarah Payne was only 8 when she was kidnapped and murdered by a Convicted paedophile called Roy Whiting on Saturday 1st July 2000. Her destroyed body was found in a field 17 days after. Now Sarah's parents campaign for "Sarah's Law", a law that would inform parents when a paedophile is in their area. Whiting had already abducted a child before Sarah, and was released from prison just two years later. If Sarah's parents had known that Whiting was in the area then Sara said this would not have happened.
