BBC Politics Show Report on the IoM bank from a depositors viewpoint 23rd November 2008.

Giles Dinot talks to Alan and Hazel Bell depositors with KSF IoM, the report centres oh how and why Alan & Hazel banked in the IoM, their views on the governments actions with respect to the full Icelandic banking situation in the UK and how they feel the government is treating IoM savers.

In the 4 minutes allowed for the program most of the points Alan & Hazel would have wanted to be aired ended up on the cutting room floor, this for the DAG is a disappointment however 4 mins of prime time mainstream media coverage is still an excellent result some six weeks after the initial bank failure, we should therefore view this as a success and would certainly have added extra weight to Jon Sopers question to the PM.

We should also thank Alan & Hazel (chairman2) for their determination in following through correspondence to the Politics Show following last weekends program and the Alistair Darling interview.
