Sifu Robert Lyons was my kung fu instructor a long time ago when I was 5 years old in Crestline California. I was a member of the Shaolin Kung Fu Society. Where I fondly remember his teachings, I can still call count in both japanese and chinese thanks to him. His teachings were the building blocks of what would be a lifetime of interest in the realm of self defense and self respect. If your reading this, thank you Sifu.

@vexadecimal mma killed nothing, cause mma has rules i dont say that shaolin or any other martial arts is the best but they have some deadly tecnics they dont use in mma cause of the rules
