if you are over weight and want to change(like go to the gym lift...etc...) do i need to take whey protein, creatine and other stuff...(to have faster muscle result, support and burn fats quickly) or is my body have it already and its too much thats why i am over weight...

@jacobejanice - well it depends on your muscle/fat ratio and your BMI (Body Mass Index). Supplements help.. but do not rely solely on it. Exercise is still best!

I'm about 2 take amino acid 1800mg 2 pill 15 before workout 2 pills 15 min during workout and 15 min after workout is the safe?

@jrhone83 - That is a lot of pills to take within a 2 hr period. Is the pill fast-absorbing?

me and my friend started to take amino acids the ladie in the store told us how to use them (it tastes like shit but we got over it :D) now my question is for how long am i going to get pretty strong ab muscless (i am not fat i already have 2 ab muscless but i want to have all of them) so can u tell me for how long does it takes to get them using these acids (i train intence for an hour every day)?

@MultiDragon58 : Your training should be different every day or every other day. You need to isolate every muscle of your body to make sure you increase your workout regimen afterwards. If your body is used to the same workout, you might reach a "plateau" (meaning you will not gain anymore muscle mass). So increasing your muscle resistance is best.
