Sexy Polenta Burgers

My first attempt at a cooking Vlog. A little rough and longer then I'd like, but i am pleased with the results for my first go at it.

i loved this! not a big fan of zucchini, but this is a great idea for a vegetarian meal, especially since my girlfriend is a vegetarian haha. thanks Matt :)

:-) polenta is just a cooked form of ground corn meal.  also similar to grits. I am so glad to be back!
