AHF is gearing up to present the 1st AIDS Awareness-themed float in the annual Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade, Monday, January 2nd.
Thank you to the nearly one thousand people who texted in a donation with the name of a lost loved one to have their name hand-written on a water vial holding a rose on the float.
The time period to submit a "memory flower" name has ended. However, you can still text in a $5 donation (text FLOWER to 20222) or donate online to support the cause by going to http://www.aidshealth.org.
Many thanks to AIDS Healthcare Foundation for remembering Elizabeth for all she did for people with HIV/AIDS around the world. Two of the roses are dedicated to my god-daughter and partner who lost their battle with AIDS in 1989.
Keep up the great work for our community! Thanks for all you do AHF!
