The OS X dock is not an apple innovation, get off your high horse. Stardock has been making dock like applications since the Windows 3.1 era (1994 at the earliest).
Additionally, Apple has borrowed many ideas from the open source community, not the least of which include its browser engine, large swaths of its kernel, and the base of its graphics framework (OpenGL). Oh and spaces... aka virtual desktops... thats a linux/unix thing.

I have been playing World of Warcraft with Ubuntu for Ages. Do you need any other game ever? and it runs much better than it would in a Windows rig any day of the week.

why install Windows on any physical System just run it inside a virtual Machine like Sun's VirtualBox el presto you have wintdows 7 running inside Ubuntu Virtual box system. No downtime ever again.

Its the code name for Ubuntu 8.10.
For example, Ubuntu 9.04 is named Jaunty Jackalope and Ubuntu 9.10 is going to be named Karmic Koala.

how to you set the up, such as the windows minimiseing onto the dock and such...and what dock u useing? cause the one i have now sucks a fat one
