  • Man, seeing the title of this video I was so happy to see a nice basic routine instead of some bullshit. The best part about it is I believe you actually use this workout to get your legs...you've probably used it and been consistent for years. It may be time for me to bring back in a little bit of single-leg work these days.

  • ur stiff leg deadlift isnt stiff

  • stiff legged deads your legs are stiff no bend at all, and you don't touch the bar to the ground, keep constant tension on the hamstrings. You were doing Romanian deads but you should touch the ground with those either

  • @Stacey9490 thats what its supposed to target. your back is stronger than you think and as long as you keep it straight youll be fine. trust me, you can feel it when your backs about to give out.

  • Doesn't the stiff leg lift (the second exercise you showed) cause a lot of lower back strain? Looks like oyu're lifting with your back part of the way

  • wow!i want those legs!but i hate lunges n i cant do step ups!i do only atg squats(front + back)are they enough or should i add leg press for quads?

    and sth irrelevant:whats ur opinion on the snatch grip deadlift for bigger back?
