Why read the translation?The quran is in arabic (the perfect language) there is no other language that can translate the exact meaning of the quran. So why challenge it in english translations, why not the arabic words itself?

this surah was revealed to Muhammad during the last days of his prophethood. the arrangment of the Quran does not reflect the chronology of the revelations. in the order surahs were revealed reflects the situations the Muslims were in at the time. research history thoroughly before besmirching people's religion, you who worship a supposedly all-knowing god who can't even find Adam in the bushes in Eden

@KG12ST8 why only quote from one passage. that's a typical tactic of misquoting things from any book. read the other passages that come before and after it. when you've done that, then you'll understand the entire meaning of the story. in fact, read the entire, with an open heart, not with purpose to find fault, then you'll understand Islam. otherwise, don't bother trying to prove things that aren't true.

This ignorant goat, Christian Prince, obviously knows nothing about the Qur'an.

If he had studied just for a bit, he would understand that the qur'an was revealed by verses, and not entire Surahs.

This verse he mentioned, was one of the last verses to be revealed to the prophet Mohammad. Later it was arranged in the final copy of the Qur'an, in a surah of Al-maidah.

This also shows the miracle of the qur'an, 23 years of revelations yet when collected together, the quran is perfect!!!!
