That is so wicked! I've always wondered how to amplify a saw (I play the saw without amplification). How and where do you fit the contact mic? What sort of equipment do you need to get that sound?

Sorry to take so long to get back to you msawman. The contact mic is a piezo transducer from radio shack soldered to a 1/4" guitar jack. I placed the contact mic near the handle of the saw and just taped it on there to keep in in place. It then runs through 2 distortion pedals, reverb, delay, and into my amp.
