Just back from the world-record 2009 Thrill The World in Los Angeles at the Staples Center/Nokia Theater. 3,000 zombies. You can't see it here but the crowd goes all the way back to Staples Center. The road was closed off & zombies were dancing on Chick Hearn Drive. Sorry there are so many bodies and heads in the way. I wanted to rush it to print so you could get the flavor of Thriller L.A. Style! Wow! What a performance.

I went to see the UFC fight that day
The dance was very cool
So many were practicing
There were performers and everything
All the zombies were awesome
I was about to pay to make myself look like a zombie :)
I saw all the rehersals but I didnt get to see the actual performance

Yeah Orphan, here Holland: we too thought that the promo of Thrill the World could have been better!! I joined, but only because I was linking to anything MJ-like, otherwise I would not have found it! SO next year I hope we make the 260.000, which I heard is necessary to get into the Guinness Book of Records!! With millions of fans, this should be easy, yes????

WOW, so much dancers, great job LA!!! I heard that there were 89 dancers in Helsinki, Finland (I danced there too).
It's funny that is was night in Helsinki and in LA you danced in sunlight. Still it was at the same time :)
Keep on rocking!

We had about three rehersals, then performed it twice for the world record, and once more for those int he crowd that new the dance and wanted to participate. Did you see Findlands performance? They rocked it at midnight. :) This was one of the most awsome things I've ever done, even if I was in the back stepping up and down from the sidewalk to the street and back again.

I wish I would have known about this!!! I would have been there! I am on EVERYTHING. Twitter, here, youtube, watch the news constantly, etc. NEVER heard 1 word about this, until it was too late (on the 11 fox news tonight). Maybe we would have won th...e record if there were my PR, more word about it. I could have brought a ton of friends too :(
