80 dollar?

I dunno, one of the few times I've disagreed with her. The woman was selfish she made them go through the sale and loading the product in her car even though she was pretty sure she could find a better deal, but she used the guy as a backup just in case because she said she had the installer lined up. Plus the guy had it posted. The talk at the end about the "little guy" he is the little guy I bet she went to Lowe's or Home Depot where she should have gone in the first place. All about the money

@behvac If the store owner is THAT concerned with turning a profit, then he shouldn't even make returns an option.

What a bullshit ruling. She used too much emotion in concerns of her judgement. She holds people to contracts they at times dont read, so why not this woman? It just depends on how she can twist the law for her idea of justice. Sometimes she cant, but when she can.... it turns out like this.

when it's all said and done, she still got her money back... it wasn't about the money it was the principle pf the matter... yahhhh
-
@toyalicious22 The buyer has to know what they are getting themselves into. It was in capital letters and underlined.
-
@bhstone1 truthfully would u really sit there and read that..... I dont think so
-
"will the plaintiff get 80 bucks?"
exciting business eh?=.=

Disagree with the judge on this. It was on the sign and it was obvious that there was a 15% restocking fee. Not the guy's fault if she didn't read the sign.
this guy is talking about wasting his time. How about avoid court for $80 and save your time. Geesh!!! How much money is he losing by even showing up. just give her her money back

Exactly - and he doesn't even point out, when she asks, that there is a 15% restocking fee. Good for the plaintiff
