No. But this is old now. PhysX is pointless now. Especially hybrid PhysX.

You should really read the minimum physX requirements of a GPU.

Why is it that ATI cards have SO many more processors than Nvidia ones? Am I reading something wrong? the 5850 has 1440 and the 460 has like 336. THATS A HUGE DIFFERENCE.

It's a matter of using different types of processors. Nvidia use less, more complex faster processors. Whereas AMD take the more multi threaded approach and use many more simple, and slower processors. Though with the numbers it adds up.
In todays GPU world AMDs approach makes more sense, since it requires less power and can provide better results for GPGPU. Though there isn't anything wrong with Nvidias approach.
