  • can this help you loose fat burn fat? doing ths every second da tthen every other day do dancing for 30 or so minutes

  • @emilywarawa Yes, Vinyasa yoga will help you burn fat because of the continual movement with breath. Also, by strengthening your muscles and building muscle, you will burn more calories even at rest.

  • @emilywarawa Yes, This type of Vinyasa (flow) yoga will help you loose fat/weight! It has similar benefits to cardio activity such as dancing because you are constantly moving, getting your heart-rate up, but most importantly building muscle,which will have a longer-term weight loss effect.

  • ... Apparently all the weight lifting and sports training doesn't prepare one's shoulders for this kind of assault. I died, shoulders just gave out and were immobile for 2-3 minutes, with 8 minutes left in this routine. No wonder pro athletes are turning to yoga in greater numbers.

  • @XSERSIZE Hey, that depends mainly only your level of experience. As you progressively get better at the practice, you will burn more calories. The nice thing about yoga is that is teaches you to love and respect your body, making weight loss easier and more natural. Initially, use yoga a complementary exercise in your weight loss. After some time you may decide to completely switch over.
