A rare white buffalo was orn in Greenville Tx. on the ranch of Arby Litte Soldier. Arby Little Soldier is the great grandson of Sitting Bull. The buffalo been named Lightning Medicine Cloud. The calf was named Lightning Medicine Cloud - a reference to the thunderstorm that marked the arrival of his birth as well as a tribute to a white buffalo born in 1933 named Big Medicine.

I saw Big Medicine in 1953 in Montana... I was seven years old, and seeing the White Buffalo was a pivotal point in my life. What a blessing it is to see another one come into the world...
