@groofoot no actually downtown is better in my opinion.....this is west of downtown in my opinion downtown was alot worse when techwood/clark howell was standing the roughest part of downtown now i would say is 4th ward/bedford pines area the rest of the rough spots are on the east/west/ and south parts of the city

No this is considered the outskirts of downtown. These areas need to be bulldozed just like the old housing projects. That's the only way to clean it up. Landlords will rent junk as long as they have renters. Sad! BTW - black people get mad when white people use the "N" word. Well it starts at home. If you want other people not use then black people need to stop using it.

I'm sorta confused by the comments saying that this is downtown ATL ... I drove thru Atlanta in September, and, ... yeah, I was on I 75 the whole time, but I didn't see any of this. It was downtown, and skyscrapers, an' glass bldgs, ... and I drove past the Braves' Stadium, .... this is all downtown?

@Mr404770678 I live in the subarbs of Atlanta like I've said. In Duluth. I've been in Atlanta since I was 2. And we only go to the downtown area for a baseball game or something of that sort, otherwise we won't step foot in there. How long have you been in Atlanta? You should know that only downtown Atlanta is ghetto and nasty. The rest is great.
