False dichotomy. You need both. And a balanced approach to water exports in order to have them. Irony: were fish populations healthier, if they had the water they needed all along, then we could allow catch and forget release part.
Restore the delta. NOW. Desert farming needs a sane and sustainable water budget, not a greedy one.

Years ago we had no problems with water shortage in California,and the fishing was great.The fish are not the problem it's the overpopulation in California.I support you Rob!!

you talk all this nonsence yet you fish with a hook right you call yourself fishermen a real fisherman would jump in the water and barehanded catch these fish then you really caught not sitting your ass on boat its like a hunter sitting in the weeds waiting for a deer then when the deer is not looking they shoot it and they claim to be hunters
